Zanzara supplies mosquito trapping equipment and insect monitoring solutions to Australian government organisations, local councils, and authorised entities undertaking mosquito vector surveillance and biosecurity monitoring.

All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or purchase order from approved government entities.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times will be confirmed at the time of order. We ship within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Zanzara is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the specialized nature of our products, returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged goods. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you believe your product is faulty or damaged.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting returned goods.

8. Warranty

Our products come with warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
