Our flying insect trap combines up to three precision LED light strips emitting a targeted blend of UV and visible wavelengths to attract a wide range of species.
A continuously running fan draws insects into a collection chamber containing a propylene-glycol preservation solution, ensuring specimens remain intact for accurate identification.
Designed for permanent installation with a stable power supply, this trap is ideal for use in bonded warehouses and other high-risk environments where early detection of foreign or invasive insect species is critical to maintaining biosecurity standards.

Made from PETG and employing a 12 volt power supply, high quality LED strips and a PC grade fan, this product is built to last. Designed internally in partnership with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Australia.
Designed to run continuously it employs two or three LED light strips to attract a broad spectrum of bugs. The catch cup located at the bottom holds a water Propylene-Glycol mixture to preserve catch for identification.
